Because we take great pride in our unique, quality designs and in our customer service, our primary goal is to build a long-lasting relationship with you. By accessing and ordering from our site you are confirming that you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Products
All products are custom crafted in the United States. We take great pride in our products. Dimensions for products are approximate. Sizes and colors may vary slightly due to the variation in natural materials and the craftsmanship of handmade products.

Ordering
Retail orders may be placed at online at https://www.sweetieknots.com/ .
Backorders
In the event of an “Out of Stock” item, we will contact you and give you the option of keeping the order open until the specific item can be shipped or reselecting another item. Backorders usually ship within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. Backorders on wearable goods shall be 4-8 weeks. No delivery charges will be charged for backordered items only. Backorders less than $25 will automatically be canceled.
Delicacy, One-of-a-Kind Nature, and Repairs
Each piece is one of a kind. Repairs may not be able to be made, thus we handle repairs on a case-by-case basis.
Special Orders and International Orders
Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. Special order delivery time will depend on what is ordered. Please email us at sweetieknots@gmail.com for specific turn-around times for domestic and international orders.
Payment Options
PayPal, Square, Venmo, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Klarna, or American Express will be charged upon shipment.
Shipping and Handling
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS unless otherwise specified. Fees usually range from $10-40 depending on weight, insurance, and expediency.
Exchanges and Returns
All exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. No exchanges will be allowed without prior authorization. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition only. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet this requirement. Returned items will not be credited to current or past invoices or outstanding balances. All claims for returned goods or adjustments must be made within 14 of receipt of the order. No returns allowed without authorization.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all Sweetie Knots, LLC, materials, including, without limitation, the Sweetie Knots, LLC, logo, all designs, text, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement of, also termed the “look and feel,” are the proprietary and copyrighted property of Sweetie Knots, LLC. You may electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of our website for the sole purpose of using materials it contains for information and non-commercial, personal use only. All reproduced material requires Sweetie Knots, LLC, copyright notice in the form of “© 2023-2024 Sweetie Knots, LLC, All Rights Reserved” to be displayed on the relevant page(s). Any other use of the materials in our website – including any commercial use, reproduction for purposes other than described above, modification, distribution, republication, display or performance – without the prior written permission of Sweetie Knots, LLC, is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction
The terms of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Each person who registers on this website consents irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts with respect to any matters and waives any defense of forum non conveniens. Furthermore, each person who registers on this website is deemed to have knowingly and voluntarily waived any right to a trial by jury in any case or controversy related to this agreement, our website or any services provided by Sweetie Knots, LLC.
Assignment
The rights and obligations created for you under this agreement may not be assigned to any other party.
Force Majeure
Sweetie Knots, LLC, and any of its employees shall not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable control, including acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities; pandemic, failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military or regulatory authority; power outage or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of Sweetie Knots, LLC.
Severance
In the event that one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be found unenforceable, illegal or invalid, it shall not affect any other provisions of this agreement, and this agreement shall be construed as if the provision found to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid had never been contained in the agreement, or the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision shall be construed, amended and/or reformed to be made enforceable, legal and valid.
Complete Understanding
These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior communication, representations, or agreements between you and Sweetie Knots, LLC, and constitute the complete and final agreement related to the use of our website or any services provided by Sweetie Knots, LLC.
